Just a reminder that all plan reviews & permit requests need to be approved by our building department at City Hall.
Although we no longer have a full-time Building Official, the City still has code enforcement for all ordinances governing permitting, building requirements, plan reviews and home and business repairs in Clear Lake Shores. All plan reviews and permit requests are still routed through our Building Department at City Hall and will be approved by SAFEbuilt, our third-party contractor.
