The Clear Lake Shores Clubhouse, built in 1927, is a historic venue located at the entrance to the island, across the street from Jarboe Bayou. The clubhouse can accommodate 125 people and has 88 chairs, 27 tables of assorted sizes, bathrooms, and two televisions for video presentations, but you must bring your own laptop with ethernet plug-in capabilities. The spacious room has multiple patios that can be used for outdoor seating or entertaining if necessary. 

A security deposit of $500 for residents/non-residents is required to reserve a date, but will be refunded if the clubhouse is left clean and undamaged.

The kitchen comes complete with a stove, refrigerator, a steam tray serving line, and an ice maker. 

If the event includes alcohol being served or consumed, whether provided by the renter or brought onto the property by a guest, a Clear Lake Shores Police Officer must be hired to be on duty during the event.  If the event has over 100 people attending, whether alcohol is consumed or not, two CLS Police Officers are required.  CLSPD Officer rates are $240 for the first four hours and $60 for each additional hour.
