Facilities

The Paul Shelby Pavilion is located in Jarboe Bayou Park, near the water's edge. It's an excellent venue for hosting birthday parties, family reunions, or other gatherings, as it can accommodate many people. The facility includes a covered pavilion with adjustable doors, picnic tables, electricity, and large ceiling fans. In addition, Jarboe Bayou Park offers open grassy areas, fishing piers, a kayak dock, concrete parking, and restroom facilities. 

Rental Fees: 
Residents-$75 with a $75 deposit. 
Non-residents - $150 with a $100 deposit.

A copy of a valid Texas driver’s license or current utility bill with the applicant’s name and Clear Lake Shores address will be required to receive resident rental rates.  

If the event includes alcohol being served or consumed, whether provided by the renter or brought onto the property by a guest, a Clear Lake Shores Police Officer must be hired to be on duty during the event.  If the event has over 100 people attending, whether alcohol is consumed or not, two CLS Police Officers are required. CLSPD Officer rates are $240 for the first four hours and $60 for each additional hour.

**Please note that the facility rental does not include access to the swimming pool.
